You don’t have to create an account; you can order books with just a name and address for that order, you don’t even have to give us your email if you don’t want to (although we won’t misuse it if you do; see privacy). But if you do create an account, you’ll be able to look back at your past orders and see if they’ve shipped yet, and you can save your address for future orders.
